Shipping Policy

We Deliver UPS and USPS

Standard shipping charges are via UPS and USPS within the continental United States.

UPS CANNOT deliver to post office box addresses or APO/FPO addresses. Please supply street addresses-in some areas rural route deliveries are difficult; a telephone number, if available, would facilitate delivery. Address corrections are made by UPS when possible to expedite parcel delivery. The charge for address corrections is $15.00 each.

Shipments Outside the Continental United States

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO - add an additional $25 for standard delivery.

 
Foreign Shipments

Please add 75% to the prices shown in the brochure to cover international postage and export documentation expense. Sorry, no shipments to Mexico or South and Central America. All foreign shipments will be sent surface rate. If AirMail is desired, please call Punta Clara for current rates.

Our Guarantee Policy

We guarantee our products to be freshly made and shipped to reach their destination to our customers' satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with an order, a full refund will be sent if the order is returned to us within 30 days of shipment. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery of orders when we have been given incorrect or incomplete addresses. Should you have a question, inquiry, or complaint, please do not hesitate to write or call us. Address or zip code changes are made by UPS when possible to expedite delivery at a charge of $15.00 per change. Should this occur with your order the cost will be billed to you.
